    Available

    • Extend the TINKER-Simulater (Molecule optimizer) with a network server functionality
      • A server program (c++ or c#) should be created using functions from TINKER (written in Fortran)
      • Using c++/c and FORTRAN together
      • Introduction into FORTRAN
      • GFortran compiler
      • To generate a dll from the fortran source: gfortran -o test.dll -shared -mrtd -mno-cygwin -Os -fdefault-integer-8 test_f.f
      • or to generate the object file: gfortran -c -Os -fdefault-integer-8 test_f.f
      • and link it with the c++ object file to a executable: gcc -o test test_c.o test_f.o -lgfortran
      • use the dll in c#: [DllImport("test.dll")] public static extern void test_();
    • Implement shaders for "Augmented Chemical Reactions" to support reflection, light, shadows and transparency.
    • Implement a fingertracker to control 3D objects.
    • Implement a connection to the NOVINT Falcon haptic device to control 3D objects and get feedback.
    • Integration of a 3D cam to control the Position of 3D objects.
    • Robust marker recognition
